MINISTRY BOARD

Shall be accountable to the Congregation for the faithful discharge of their responsibilities.
Shall oversee the vision, direction, Ministry Teams, and the month to month business of In His Presence Ministries.
Shall be responsible for the estate and property belonging to the Church.
Shall meet monthly for prayer, devotions, and the work of the church. They shall retreat at least yearly for long range planning.
Must be willing to sign and sincerely accept the challenge of the Pastors and Team Leaders Covenant.
Only active members may serve on the Ministry Board.
Shall have authority to exceed the yearly budget by up to 10% in a given year if ministry goals, maintenance, or special circumstance requires such action. Any expense exceeding 10% of the yearly budget shall be voted upon by the congregation.
